In the research phase of our design process, we take a deep dive into the client’s market, competitors, and audience. This phase involves analysing industry trends, identifying key competitors, and exploring their visual and strategic approaches. We also study the target audience's preferences, behaviours, and needs to ensure that our designs resonate with them. By gathering these insights, we can create a strong foundation for an informed, stand-out creative direction that resonates with the target audiences.

In the design phase, we transform insights from the research into a creative direction tailored to requirements establishedished in the previous phase. Our approach is highly collaborative, ensuring that the client remains involved at key stages. We present initial concepts based on the research, and the client has multiple opportunities to provide feedback and refine the design. This iterative process ensures that the final outcome is visually compelling, strategically sound, and fully aligned with the client's vision and objectives.

Once the high-level creative direction is set, we move into the production phase. During this stage, we finalise all the necessary design templates, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all the required deliverables. Whether it’s for print, digital assets, or comprehensive brand guidelines, we ensure every element aligns with the agreed creative direction. This phase also includes website development if required, translating the visual and strategic direction into a fully functional, user-friendly digital experience, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

In the final delivery phase, we ensure all assets are completed and ready for use. If print production is required, we work directly with the printer to make sure the results are exactly as expected. For digital projects after the QA phase we provide a thorough handover, along with clear guides on how to use the website’s content management system (CMS) so that the site can be update was and when required.
